High Concentration low pH buffered 10% Glycolic Acid in a gel form for a quality Alpha Hydroxy Acid skin care treatment.
Glycolic Acid is a well known member of the AHA family - otherwise known as Alpha Hydroxy Acids (see Lactic for another AHA member). Glycolic Acid 10% is a deep exfoliator used for removing the outer layers of thickened or damaged skin leaving a smoother and healthier appearance. Glycolic Acid can penetrate the deeper layers of the skin, increasing the rate of dead cell shedding, new skin cell production and collagen formation.
Ingredients:
PEELS & GLYCOLIC EXFOLIATION : Use the Daily Exfoliator each day for 1 week. If your skin is not red, irritated or peeling, you can begin applying the Skin Peel once every 2-3 weeks. After applying the Skin Peel, wait until all redness and/or peeling has stopped, apx. 4-7 days, and then resume your use of the Daily Exfoliator.
APPLYING THE DAILY EXFOLIATOR For daily use when skin is not red, peeling or irritated
1. Cleanse, rinse and dry skin.
2. Apply a few drops of Daily Exfoliator to gauze pad and buff skin gently in a circular motion.
3. After 1-2 minutes rinse skin with water & pat dry
4. Apply Peel RX Oil-Free Moisturizer or Hyaluronic Moisturizer.
5. Avoid sunlight and use sun protection.

Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
