*** Below is a brief exerpt from our peel instructions to provide some information regarding peel method. These are not the complete peel instructions included with every peel kit. Please refer to your printed peel instructions prior to performing a skin peel. ***
APPLYING
THE SKIN PEEL SOLUTIONS

NOT APPLY PEEL MORE FREQUENTLY THAN EVERY 2 WEEKS
NOTE:
During the peel you may experience mild to moderate burning
or stinging. This is normal and means that the peel is
working. CAUTION: If at any time you feel uncomfortable
or the skin reacts with excessive redness or stinging
the solution should be washed off immediately with repeated
splashes of cold water and/or the neutralizing solution
(see below). AVOID SUN EXPOSURE after performing a peel
for 7 days.

Ensure water and a wash cloth are in hands reach. Have neutralizer ready for use. See below for HOW TO REPARE A NEUTRALIZING SOLUTION.

Remove makeup and wash face with a mild cleanser, such
as Peel RX Ultra-Pure & Gentle Cleanser.

Peel RX chemical peel products are designed for those experienced
with skin peeling treatments. If you have
limited experience with peels or if you are unsure of
your tolerance level we recommend using one of the lower
strength peels and initially leave the peel on for not
more than 20-30 seconds.

Shake Peel bottle well. Apply 1-2 ml of peel solution to a gauze pad
and apply to the face using a mild rubbing action. Avoid eye areas,
lips, and insides of nostrils. Continue gently buffing for 30- 90
seconds. (During Salicylic Peel application often a frosting of the
skin will occur - this is a good indication the peel is working and
care should be taken to rinse skin with water so as not to leave the
peel on the skin for too long).

Initially at this stage, rinse with cold water or the
neutralizing solution if necessary . As tolerance increases,
peel may be left on for longer periods, up to 2-3 minutes.

Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or paper towel. Do
not rub skin with the towel.
7.
Apply Peel RX Oil-Free Moisturizer or Hyaluronic Moisturizer
to soothe and nourish your new skin. Avoid sun light and
apply Sun Protection.
